A sleep tracker for Apple Watch, night by night.

Lumi Moods reads the sleep your Apple Watch records in Apple Health and turns each night into stages, a score, and a face you can read at a glance.
Lumi Moods is not released yet. It is coming soon to the App Store, so nothing on this page can be tried today.
What you see
- Last night stage by stage: awake, REM, core and deep.
- The last 7 nights side by side, each with its own face and colour.
- 30 days of sleep on the Calendar.
- Sleep debt: how far behind you are over the last 7 days.
- Your own sleep need, worked out from your history and kept between 7 and 9 hours.
How the sleep score works
Your score is 70% how long you slept against your need, and 30% how much of your time in bed you were asleep. Falling short costs more the further you fall. Hours also cap the grade: under 6 hours is at best Okay, under 5 hours is at best Low, and under 4 hours is Hard. These cut-offs are our own design choices and have not been clinically validated.
What Lumi Moods does not do
Lumi Moods does not track sleep itself. It uses what Apple Health has recorded, so it is only as complete as that data. It does not screen for or diagnose sleep disorders. If you are worried about your sleep, talk to a clinician.
What it costs
Lumi Moods will include a 7-day free trial of everything, then cost a planned $3.99 a month or $29 a year. Today's energy meter, your choice of companion, breathing, today's live values, the last 7 days, medication reminders and safety features stay free.
