Which Apple Watches get Readiness?
Reports say Apple's Readiness score runs from 0 to 10 and is limited to Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4, after about 7 nights of setup. We found this in press coverage and not on an Apple page, so check Apple's own information for your watch.
Lumi Moods is not released yet. It is coming soon to the App Store, so nothing on this page can be tried today.
If your watch is not on that list
Apps that read Apple Health can work out their own daily score from data your watch already saves. Those scores come from each app's own method, so they are not the same as Apple's.
Where Lumi Moods fits
Lumi Moods is being built to show your energy from 0 to 100% for iPhone and Apple Watch. We have not yet tested it on a real Apple Watch, and we make no claim about any particular model until we do.
