Lumi Moods is made by Zeneth Pro LLC. In short: your health data stays on your devices, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Your health data

If you allow it, Lumi Moods reads data from Apple Health to work out your scores and draw your graphs. That data and those calculations stay on your iPhone and Apple Watch. They do not go to our servers, and we cannot see them.

You choose what to share in Apple Health, and you can turn any of it off there at any time.

What you enter

Your answers to the health questionnaire, your medications, how you say you feel and the cholesterol results you add are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes them from that device.

iPhone and Apple Watch

Some information, such as your medications and routine, passes directly between your own iPhone and Apple Watch so that both stay up to date.

Subscriptions

Apple handles payment. We never see your card details. Apple tells the app whether your subscription is active.

This website

This website counts visits itself, on our own systems at our host, Netlify. It uses no cookies, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no outside analytics company.

For each visit we record the page, the time, where you came from, any campaign tags in the link, your approximate location (country, state and city, worked out by our host from your connection), your device type, operating system, browser, screen size, language and time zone, how far you scroll, how long you stay and which sign-up or App Store buttons you press. We do not store your IP address. We also keep a random visitor ID in your browser, so repeat visits can be counted. If you sign up, that ID is saved with your sign-up.

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, we do not keep a visitor ID or city. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted. You can also turn counting off here.

The launch email

If you sign up to hear about the launch, we keep your email address, the part of the site you signed up from, your country and your visitor ID. Our website host Netlify and our email provider Resend hold this for us. We use it only to confirm your sign-up and to email you the link when Lumi Moods launches. We then delete it unless you ask to stay in touch. Every email has an unsubscribe link that removes you straight away. Your email is never linked to health data in the app.

Children

Lumi Moods is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
