These terms cover your use of the Lumi Moods app, made by Zeneth Pro LLC.

Not medical advice

Lumi Moods is a wellness app, not a medical device. Its scores, grades and suggestions are estimates based on your data. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. Talk to a clinician about your health and before changing any medication. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Subscriptions

• Lumi Moods Premium includes a 7-day free trial of everything.
• After the trial, it is planned at $3.99 a month or $29 a year in the US. The App Store shows the final price before you pay.
• Apple charges your account and renews the subscription until you cancel. You can cancel in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Refunds are handled by Apple.

What stays free

Today's energy meter, Lumi, Vanguard, Core and Wolf, guided breathing, today's live values, the last 7 days, adding cholesterol results by hand, medication reminders and safety features stay free.

Avatars

You can build your own avatar free for the first 7 days. Premium keeps it after that. If you do not subscribe, you move to the default character.

Using the app

The app depends on what Apple Health and your devices record, so readings can be missing or wrong. Please use it for your own personal use, and do not copy or resell it.

Limits and changes

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as it is, and we are not liable for decisions made using it. We may update these terms and will post changes here. A contact address and governing law will be added before launch.
