Lumi Moods

Does Apple Watch have a Body Battery?

No. Body Battery is a Garmin feature, and Apple Watch does not include it. Some apps estimate a similar daily energy number from the data Apple Watch saves to Apple Health.

Lumi Moods is not released yet. It is coming soon to the App Store, so nothing on this page can be tried today.

What apps can and cannot do

An app can only use what Apple Health holds, such as sleep, HRV and heart rate. It cannot copy how Garmin works out its number, so a score from another app is similar in idea and not the same measurement.

Where Lumi Moods fits

Lumi Moods is being built to show your energy from 0 to 100% using your Apple Health data, compared with your own usual levels. Other apps are already available if you want one today, and MyHealthyApple has a list.

Body Battery is a trademark of Garmin. Lumi Moods is not affiliated with Garmin. Checked November 4, 2026.

Common questions

Can Apple Watch show Body Battery?

Not as a built-in feature. Body Battery comes from Garmin. Third-party apps can show a similar estimate from Apple Health data.

Is Lumi Moods the same as Body Battery?

No. The idea is similar, one daily energy number, but Lumi Moods uses its own calculation and has no connection to Garmin.

What it costs

Lumi Moods will include a 7-day free trial of everything, then cost a planned $3.99 a month or $29 a year. Today's energy meter, your choice of companion, breathing, today's live values, the last 7 days, medication reminders and safety features stay free.
